I am trying to read JMS message from MQ queue using MQ java API.I am using the method MQMessage.readfully(byte b[]).The message sent is XML message.

When I read the message along with the xml message I am also getting the JMS header.what can I do to avoid the header or should I request the sender to send message without the header.Any help is greatly appreciated.
