Hello,
i'm at my factory Middleware coordinator since 5 years, and I have received a big new objective.
I must create a strategic bussiness competence center on MQseries to assure to our customers a help in their tasks or support.
I have no idea about so project, so i'm writing to receive some help to begin that objective on good lines.
I need, documentations, examples descriptions how to build so a team so a bussiness.
Perhaps can you help me if you have in your experience links to documentation or web side or redbooks.
So i'm waiting to your answers.

I would start looking at what your 'mother' company is doing in this area,
see if you can learn from them.
