the file transfer application in v6 is pretty neat. so I anticipate there is an API for the application. But I can't find one.
Unless there is an API, the application is apparently of little use. Am I right? _________________ pcelari

I don't believe there is an API to the application.
The value it provides, and the security risks it exposes... I leave as an exercise.
That is, I choose not to comment.
But I tend not to install it, myself. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

Think of the file transfer application as FTP with the benefit of assured delivery.
FTP works nearly all the time; but 'nearly all the time' might not be sufficient for some applications. |

I thought the filetransfer app in V6 was a 'demo' app, you can build yourself using the mq api...
if you are looking for filetransfer over mq using an api to the filetransfer tool itself you may want to look at pm4data? _________________ Michael
