Hi

We wanted to implement the event sequence in ICS collobration component.

ICS Server version : 4.3.0.1
Adapter Frame work version is 2.6

We have the below data flow in ICS:

WebServices In Connector <-> ICS Collaboration <-> WebServices Out Connector <-> Mainframe (third party web-Service) <-> Mainframe IDMS Program

WebServices In Connector is getting the request from WBI-C.

The ICS Collaboration is configured with 'Maximum number of Concurrent Events' set to 1.
ControllerEventSequencing is enabled for the 'WebServices In Connector' .
The GBO passed to the Collaboration has proper key fields.

Based on the above setup, when multiple requests having the same 'BILLTO' and 'STORE_NBR' are coming at the same exact instant to the 'WebServices In Connector', we should expect that busniess objects to get queued up at the 'ICS Collaboration' before the collaboration has fully completed processing of the current request.

We observed that this is not happening.
While the Collaboration is still waiting for response from 'WebServices Out Connector' for the first request, it picks up the next request and processes it and sends it to the 'WebServices Out Connector' .

Could someone help me on this issue?

The 'BILLTO' and 'STORE_NBR' are Key fields in the GBO.

Hi all,

It looks like this version does not support the Event Sequencing and we need atleast 4.3.0.2 version.
