Dear all,

We are now facing the problem regarding the execution group shut itself down in WebSphere Message Broker v6.0.3. One of the reasons might be that we haven't set the thread stack size properly. So if anyone know what're criteria and how to calculate the thread stack size, it would be really appreciated. Or if there is additional cause making this problem happen, please kindly suggest us. Thank you very much.

We run the message broker on AIX and Window 2003 Server.

There are probably hundreds of reasons why an EG would shut down.

I imagine the error messages that are associated with the act of the EG shutting down will be more specific about which one is more likely.

If you are seeing any creation of any abend files - open a PMR.
