I would appreciate any ideas on how to delete a format and associated components from the NEON Formatter GUI.

If I do a C:\>NNFmtRmv remove -fN <name>
I get
<name> is blocked
Failed to remove format <name>

On the GUI itself the "delete" tab for the format (right click on format in left hand pane is greyed out and not selectable. Likewise the right hand pane for tabs "Properties" and "Security" are greyed out , though the latter has the owner/read/update authority checked for my userid.

I need to delete this format and all associated components (none of which are shared with any other format) since I have a new version.
The import with overwrite does not work since it cannot remove the conflicts.
(NNFie -i <filename> -o)
I get component conflicts and import failure

Any ideas on how to "unblock" this format and delete in entirety (without dropping the database !)
