I'm trying to install ia07 SupportPac on a Toolkit at Version 6.0.2 Build 20061201_1308 and I receive the following message at the stage where you need to select the Install Location to install the feature; (I highlighted the location <WMB_INSTALL_DIR>\MessageBrokersToolkits\6.0\eclipse)

Duplicate Conflicts:

If you continue with the update/install, the resulting configuraiton
will contain duplication conflicts...

Detected conflicts:
Logging utility and UI Patch

I'm not aware of having installed any "Logging utility and UI Patch".

Hi petervh,
I got the same error. Just wondering if you have a fix or bypass for this ?
I have the same fix level as you are on the tooklit.

Thanks for the link. This does provide a suitable explanation, I think. Eventually I just took a deep breath, closed my eyes and carried on with the install. I've had no problems with either the SupportPac or any other funcitonality in the Toolkit since then...
