Hi,

I want to creare a trigger which is executed when there is insertion on the table. The trigger should call an exe file.

I want to trigger an exe file using DB2 trigger. So, can DB2 trigger an exe file? How to write the sql for this trigger?

Hi dilep,

You can write database TRIGGERs....whether it can call external exe's i'm not sure of, but should be possible...

What are you trying to achieve in the called exe ?
