Hi all,

Please help, some issue in our system, not understanding the reason though.

1) We have some MLIS. We put the message in queue from Java based application server, from where CICS bridge takes the control over. CKBR browses the queue and informs CKBP. CKBP executes the associated program. If the CICS bridge MQ transaction timeout is 20 seconds, will CKBR be abending or CKBP be abending? We have seen that it is always CKBP which is abending. My question is why CKBR is not abending?

2) Assume that CKBP is abending. The Java based application server is receiving an error response code 4 (may be the MLI failed because of a database failure. But after 120 seconds (which is the timeout of my queue manager on application server side (i.e remote queue), I am getting an MQ2025 exception. Why I am getting a response code first and then MQ Exception ? Shouldn't it come together?
