well kingsley, you might have worked for one or two company and might have interacted with around 50-60 people there.... That does not fit to be a sample for such a big n emeging IT player...
I agree that they work extra but thats bcoz they have to else they wont be able to reach the destination faster then compititors..
only my views with no offense intended.. just a healthy conv 
come n join my company and i m sure your views about india and indians would change
