Hi There,

One of my Cluster Receiver Channel is paused and showing over all channel status as "Multiple"

Can you please help me out here.

Any help would be appreciated

Working as designed

Read the cluster manual.

The only thing that need to concern you is finding out which of the multiples is in paused state and why.

The qmgr logs (/var/mqm/qmgrs/MYQMGR/errors) are your friendly pointers...
