I mean, I can connect two JavaCompute nodes in editor, but how flow get propagated from one node to another? Do I need to do something programmatically?
and how to connect and trigger a subflow if it is embeded in another flow?

Looks like you may need some training, or at least a 6.0 refresher course...
Read up in the documentation and look at the samples...
