Hi all,
Using the webclient V3.6, I created a process instance and suspended it. The Process instance got suspended , the state shows "Suspended" but the workitem associated to the Process Instance didnot get suspended. It is still in the Ready State.
Does any one know why it is happening like this.
All help appreciated.

Did you try to run the workitem? IIRC, it will not let you.

In other words, what John is saying:
This works as designed. READY workitems do not change to state SUSPENDED, only RUNNING workitems do. See Programming Guide 'Work Item Actions' for a complete actions and state transition diagram for workitems. |
