Hello,
We have an open position for Message Broker developer in Southern California area. This position requires major large scale Messaging (Message Broker & Websphere MQ), client/server and web multi-tier applications development and implementation knowledge. Excellent communication skills (oral and written), excellent technical knowledge of IBM Websphere (V6), IBM Websphere MQ, Microsoft .NET, Windows opertaing system environments. Sound knowledge in IBM Message Broker (V5/6) architecture and MQ architecture, Client/Server development, Web development and integration, MS SQLServer and DB2. Background should include extensive work within the SDLC structure and knowledgable about system development methodology. Good knowledge of Websphere Messaging tool set, .NET Framework, Web Services and Messaging technologies (MSMQ or IBM MQSeries), OOA and OOD using UML and IBM mainframe knowledge also preferred.

I guess I don't know what that means out your way, but over here, "spoonfeeder" means someone who is *too* helpful...
And if that's what it means out your way... then it's a welcome change from what I usually get accused of doing.
But I'm still not sure it's a compliment...
