how can we receive messages from two queues at a time of same queue manager ? where we need to do modifications?

By opening both queues in your application and reading from them?

I'm guessing I've misunderstood your question here, and would ask for some expansion of it.

An MQGet will only ever return messages from one particular queue.

An application can issue as many MQGets against as many queues as it wants to.

Each MQGet will only ever return one message from one queue.
