Hi guys,
I am planning to invoke the webservices by using http nodes in my messsage flow.
Here is what I planned my design implementation:
httpInput->XML Transformation(business logic in Stylesheet)->httpRequest->XMLTransformation(business logic in Stylesheet)->httpReply
I am going to use a SOAP message.
Now the question is, do I need to generate the WSDL in message broker toolkit or will it be provided by the Application team. First of all do we need the WSDL at all in MB toolkit???.
Please provide me some info related to WSDL use and how to implement???.
Thanks for your suggestions. |

You only need to build a WSDL if the HTTPInput node is going to be expecting a Web Services message.
For more information on WSDL, you can see http://www.w3.org/TR/wsdl _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

Hi Jeff,
I will get a message onto httpInput node from a Java Application through web(hhtp:hostname:7080/path/...) which will be a SOAP.
In this case do I need to create the WSDL?. If yes, do I need to get the WSDL from the application team or do I need to generate it from my toolkit based on the message set. If I need to generate it from my toolkit, please suggest me some steps in how to create a WSDL doc?.
Thanks. |

I'm sure your team lead can help you with these questions.
I'm sure your team lead needs to know that you need help with these questions.
You're asking, basically - "Who's job is it to define the interface that my flow is going to use?", and "How do I use the Toolkit".
I'm not going to answer either of those questions.
The second, in particular, is not a question. It's a request for free training.
Good luck, and as always. Read the documentation. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
