I would like to find out how much use there is of certain MQWF features. If you have the time, could you please respond and let me know if you use the following features, and what use you make of them. I am interested primarily in your use of these features in production systems.

1. The ProgramTemplate object.
2. Support Tools.
3. Substitution especially use of the setSubstitute and setAbsent methods of Person and the setAbsent methods of ExecutionService.
4. The Staff Administration API.
5. The use of ProcessTemplate createInstance() method followed by ProcessInstance start() method as opposed to ProcessTemplate createAndStartInstance() method.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Please let me know what version of MQWF you are using when you reply.
