Hi,
I need to upgrade MQSeries 5.3 to 6.0 and I don't find any document
about changes. Is MQSeries 5.3l compatible with MQSeries 6.0 (Are
there some functions that run on 5.3 and don't run on 6.0) ?
Are the queue parameters the same in 5.3 and 6.0 ?

Aside from the "Migrating to v6.0" manual you mean? 
If when you say "functions" you mean "API" then it's the same & has been since v5.2. There are some additional tricks available.
Queue parameters are the same except for the new ones, especially around clustering.

In fact,
I call API from programs coded in C language on OS AIX 5.2 (soon 5.3), and I want to know if I will have some issues which need modifications of these programs or modifications of the parameters (I read that answer is no for this point).
