HI.
i need a little help.
i have been trying to activate a z/os JOB by using an MQS trigger.
i looked for trigger monitors on z/os and found 2:
CSQQTRMN for IMS transactions
CKTI for CICS transactions
but i need to start simple JOB, not IMS and not CICS, these are not what i was looking for.
can anyone help me ?
oh, by the way, my MQS version on the MF is currently 2.1 , but will be uprated to 5 soon.
so please refer to version.

2.1 is really antiquated. If you do upgrade don't go to 5.3 go to 6.0....
We just upgraded from 5.3 to 6.0 on the mainframe....
