There is a JMS sample in the samples Galery. Run that. It will show you everything you need.
If WebSphere MQ is your JMS provider, use JMSAdmin.bat from the MQ directory. That will do it for you. There is also a plugin for the MQExplorer (either it's a support pack or comes with an update. can't remember)
