My company was trying to get by on the Cheap and now they realize that there is no way around hiring an experienced admin. So right now it's just me as the MQ Admin and another individual as the WAS Admin and we need help immediately! The ideal candidate would posses both skill sets. Thanks

yeah it's a hard pill for them to swallow, but it's either higher an experienced MQ Admin or put the integrity of the system at risks because it's unrealistic for me to be available 24/7 all the time. I need to take vacation some time, or god forbid I could leave the company! But right now I just want another experienced MQ Admin to take off some of the workload and alternate with me on Production support...

Thanks for everybody who forwarded me their resumes. We got some really good candidates and my Company made a formal offer to an individual on Friday and that individual accepted. You can now consider this post closed but if things don't work out with the new guy I will re-post. Thanks
