Hi,

Just created three queue managers on MQ6 on Windows.

I have created a receiver channel on one of the QMs called TESTCHANNEL.

I have created a sender channel on the the other two QMs called TESTCHANNEL.

I find I can start both sender channels and have them running simultaneously.

Not sure how this is possible - thought sender-receiver had a one to one relationship...

Cheers

Nope. So long as the name matches it works fine. If it's best practise is another question which I suspect has no single answer. I personally have some misgivings

But it does work. The set up you're describing is used on my current site. According to this screen here, there are 12 sender channels feeding into the receiver on the broker (the architecture is hub and spoke) and there's joy and messages for all.
