Well I'd be interested whether an individual person was ever sued by IBM for not keeping the content of a certification test, secret, or whether somebody was ever banned from the certification program... |

American company - how can they fail to sue? Isn't it a constitutional duty?

My understanding is that IBM has about 300,000 employees world wide. And less than 100,000 in the US.

But it's publicly held, which means that it's owned by people all over the world, including in part it's employees.
