How do I see whether the status of TRIGGER MONITOR is running or not ?
Also how to I start and Stop the TM ?

There are 2 trigger monitors - the CICS CKTI and a batch task which used to be a support pack back in the day, but that was a while back. Might be mainstream now - check the manual.
You tell if they're running using standard support tools. Likewise do you start and stop them _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

...which is why they've not had to fix it! _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
