Hi, I'm using a message set, with xml wire format added to it. Use namespace property in .mset has been enabled, as per my need. Now when the message is written to the queue, i couldn't open that msg in xml editor ot IE.

this is the msg:

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<Outbound xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xml="http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace"></Outbound>

Just try opening this in IE. Am getting error. When i remove ***xmlns:xml="http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace" ***
from the msg, then i can open it in IE. Now how can i supress this line from the declatarion statement. Is there anything to do with msg set?

I do not enjoy being PM'd by people I don't know, who are either too impatient to wait for someone to notice their post, or assume they're being deliberately ignored!

Welcome to my world, Vitor! Consider it a sign of "respect"...

And our new best friend ammu has failed to search. There's a post in here somewhere with a workaround. I know, because I've had to use it, myself.

And to be clear, ammu. Stop PMing me. I'm not going to read them, I'm not going to respond. What you did in PMing Vitor, myself, and who knows how many other people was lazy and inconsiderate.

So someone's taken pity....

Are you now going to post this info for the benefit of the rest of the community, or should the next person with this problem PM people until they get an answer?

Well, here's that info..

Its the defect with the product. the possible solns are:
1) create the message tree in XMLNS/XMLNSC domain.
2) Setting ‘OutputNameSpaceDecleration’ property to "AsRequired’'

Thank you. The more information we can add to the posts, the more valuable the search tool will become.
