| Queue Manager not Visible in MQ Explorer |

I have upgraded MQ 5.3 to MQ 6.0 and applied Refresh Pack 6.0.1.0.
Created a queue manager through MQ Explorer.
But the queue manager created is not visible in the "Queue Managers" tab in MQ Explorer.
I am able to connect to queue manager and put/get messages into a local queue created at command line. I have restarted the machine , but still the queue manager not visible in Explorer.
OS :Win XP/SP2

Is it some path issue..??
Anyway, I just removed the refresh pack and QueueManager is visible in the explorer now |

But the current refresh is 6.0.2.1 anyway.
Always check for updates before blindly applying fixes.
