Hi ,
I am using the Send Mail Plugin in Broker V6 , to send out emails , is it possible to send out Emails with out the From field or is it mandatory that the From has to be present in the message structure of Send Mail Plugin.
Thanks in Advance. |

Why would you want to conceal the sender?
I believe SMTP requires you to supply a From: field, and therefore this is mandatory. I'd be highly suspicious of any reason for not including a From header. |

Hi ,
I donot want to concel the sender by any means , but if the mail server happens to be a Lotes Notes Domino then we get a message like "PLease reply back to XX@Gmail.com " etc , but this would be confusing if you are sending out any notification mails , which have a footer saying this is a Automatic System Generated mail Donot Reply , and in the From Column You have something saying please reply to this ID.
Thanks for you inputs.
regards,
Abhishek |
