Hi,

I had developed a C API exit program and installed it for a queue manager in WebSphere MQ v5.3. It was running fine without any issues.

Recently, we moved to WebSphere MQ v6.0 and since then the exit program is not working. When I try to start the queue manager, I am getting the error - "AMQ7214: The module for API Exit 'SourceAPIPutExit' could not be loaded."

I tried recompiling my C program with the new MQ libraries which were created along with WebSphere MQ 6.0 installation. Still I am getting the same error.

Is there something else that I need to do to make the API exit work?

Yes you need to have both a 32 bit and a 64 bit version compiled and present in the respective directories....

Read up in the manuals
