Hi, all
I have just installed WebSphere MQ v6.0 on Linux and Windows. When I tried to test the communication between the servers, I can use the amqsput program to put messages, but when I tried to get the messages from the other end, the message was not there and no error message was given. Can anybody give me any clue?
Thank you very much in advance. |

Listener yes, and...
You should check with MQ Explorer where the message is.
- transmission queue
- dead.letter.queue
- remote queue
You can also read MQ logs on both sides. _________________ Marcin |

Thanks all for your reply.
After I start the channel, I can get message from PC on Linux but still cannot get message from LInux on PC. When I check the error log file, it says
"The request to start the WebSphere MQ listener failed because there is already a listener running against the specified network resources.
The Listener 'SYSTEM.DEFAULT.LISTENER.TCP' has ended. "
I did start the system.default.listener.tcp several times while testing, how can I start another listener or get back the default listener?
On linux, I still can not use WebSphere MQ Exploer, since I could not install MQSeriesConfig before I install Mozilla first.
Thanks again. |
