We use F5 BigIP to monitor two mq servers.
It uses TCP ping the server port.
However, I got following error in the mq log.
Why? and How can I resolve it?


05/04/07 15:37:24 - Process(63670.1) User(mqm) Program(amqcrsta_nd)
AMQ9209: Connection to host 'shihsenb1 (10.130.9.90)' closed.

EXPLANATION:
An error occurred receiving data from 'shihsenb1 (10.130.9.90)' over TCP/IP.
The connection to the remote host has unexpectedly terminated.
ACTION:
Tell the systems administrator.

AMQ9492: The TCP/IP responder program encountered an error.

EXPLANATION:
The responder program was started but detected an error.
ACTION:
Look at previous error messages in the error files to determine the error
encountered by the responder program.

So your monitoring tool is talking to the MQ port, but not talking MQ.

So MQ throws this FDC. It's just what it does.

You're going to either have to live with this, or pick a different way than ping to monitor the port.
