I ahve to do some routing on the basis of queue depth.
i have Mqget-->JCN ....now i want to know that can we check in JCN that what is the depth of the queue specified in MQget.  |

Why would you want to? 
Routing on queue depth is a odd idea indeed. What's the requirement? If it's workload balancing, use a cluster and save yourself reinventing the wheel!

Is it not good to know how the wheel is invented...if we know the basic then only we can develop maglev wheel.the technology on which bullet trains run.  |

Fair point, but when IBM have spent 5 years building working maglev technology it does seem a little redundant. On the same line of reasoning, you could build a perfectly servicable compiler which in time could rival or exceed the functionality of anything currently on the market. Most people tend to use supplied ones given that by the time yours is ready, the market will have advanced.
To extend the metaphor, by the time you've worked up your own maglev IBM will have faster-than-light space drive & you'll be supporting maglev on your own budget rather than leveraging IBM support via your license fee.
But (to cut down a mostly circular tree for your use) in theory at least you could issue a PCF command to obtain the current queue depth, building all the necessary coding round receiving the reply (or not). This of course is not the technology used by IBM, who have the advantage of seeing the queue manager from the inside.
