I have an Time Sync Issue with MQ Server.
I syncronised MQ server to our internal Time Server. It is saying it was syncronised the timing server successfully. But when i am monitoring on my mq servers its showing xxx milli seconds difference.
Can any one knows how to solve this xxx milli sec difference
Any suggestions on this Plzz?
Thanks
Dhanaraj

how is this an MQ Server issue? I guess you mean the server machine where MQ is installed... ? _________________ Michael

Yes
This problem is not related to MQ. Its Time sync issue
But report showing the put time and get time variations in millisec difference.
for example
App A put time on source server is 6.01.023
App B get time is showing on the target server 6.01.022
(we don't have control on destination server)
so the time differece is -.001 sec this delay is because of the time sync with the time server.
So the report is not considering this transaction.
Thanks

How are you calculating/measuring the Put time?
How are you calculating/measuring the Get time?
What is the resolution of the time data you have available? _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
