I have a subflow that contains common service that is commonly used by multiple message flows. Can I deploy these different message flows that have the same subflow in them? The bar file creation and deployment seem work but they failed when I ran the test.

Subflows are compiled into the flows that use them.

So yes, you can deploy the same subflow many times.

Just don't expect it to be "separate" than any of the flows that use it, or expect to use it to share data between flows.
