Either you do it with mqsichangebroker, or it can't be done without deleting the broker.

I could not find any option with mqsichangebroker command. would you please suggest me how can can we manage it with mqsichangebroker command

I did not say it was possible with mqsichangebroker.

I said, if it is not possible with mqsichangebroker, then it's not possible without dropping the broker.
