Dear all,
My advice is don’t look Brand name choose good project where you can learn, in IBM you can find good scope of learning, and place for do R&D. the good place to work. I have a good exp working with IBM Project at Unilever Bangalore. The uni lever & IBM both provided me good environments to learn the new techs
Don’t look companies look your job profile. Try to work the project Like BP, Merrill lynch, unilever, nestle etc. where u face the challenges this will help you can gain to problem solving skills.
Here I would like to inform all don’t separate based on race or geographical divination. We all humans and we have to go with common goal. East or west, the Knowledge is the best.
