Hello, the channels between two Qmgrs(one is Win 2000 and the other is Mainframe)are always in the status : Retry

I check the xmitq and chl defination, there seems no problem at all, I met this problem when the win2000 server moved from one room to another room,and then restart, the IP changed, but the Hostname is not changed, I tried to restart the chl and got the error message:
CSQM134I AAN1 CSQMSCHL START CHL(AAN1.RABBT) COMMAND ACCEPTED
CSQX207E AAN1 CSQXRCTL Invalid data received, 844
connection RABBIT_MQ (9.181.54.138)
(queue manager ????)
TRPTYPE=TCP
CSQ9023E AAN1 CSQXCRPS ' START CHL' ABNORMAL COMPLETION

please help me, thanks a lot

Seems to imply it may be a router issue
