When I generate XML message by using Message Broker 6, it generates extra XML namespaces xmlns:xml="http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace" which is not compatible with all the XML parsers.

I need to remove this before putting the message to the output queue.

This is a defect. It's up to you whether you decide to raise a PMR.
If you need a workaround, you could try using the XMLNSC or XMLNS domain for generating the XML message.
