Hello,
( 1) I cannot login to my LTs thru my TSO session i.e. TSO OMVS. What are the possible cause(s) and any remedy?
Does it got to do with the message broker?
I rebooted the SAG server in the AIX box, message broker @host and it seem ok now, however, would like to find out what could be the cause?
There are no error msg in the syslog and MQ @host. AIX claim there is no error detected too.
Pls advise urgently.
Thanks.

Hello,
( 1) Apologize for the very late response. Tight up with issues.
( 2) Below is a description on what happened on that Wednesday morning (21/03/2007):
- We performed login this morning at about 4.45am to 2 LTs in the production environment (DBSSUS6L, DBSSSGSG).
There is no message indicating that the request is accepted ("Command 'LOGIN' for ltname '<LT NAME>' accepted."). Instead, encountered the usual timeout message ("Response message could not be retrieved within time limit ('20000' ms)").
- Next, tried to perform query on the LT. Also received the timeout message instead of the accepted messge. However, when we issued the "getstate -sag <SAG NAME>" command, it displayed "DNFS1718I System state is 'started'.".
( 3) Very puzzled. As we are binded by the service level agreement, we recycled the AIX SAG server and the message broker @z/OS.
Pls advise.
Thanks.
