Hi guys, I am not able to install mqseries 5.3. problem it says that is
" INTERNAL ERROR 2755.3, C:\MQ53\BASE\W2K\MSI\IBMWEBSPHERE MQ.msi.
guys, can u please help me out of this problem

Try googling INTERNAL ERROR 2755.3. Are you trying to install from a network drive or over Terminal Services? I think this is a Microsoft error rather than an MQ problem.

I'm not sure what you mean by "remotely logging into machine". Are you using Remote Desktop or Terminal Service client? Where (physically) are your MQ source files, on CD mounted remotely or a network share or what?

Did you look at the link I included?

yeah i am using remote desktop, i used u r link , it helped me to an extend, i copied all the mqseries 5.3 software from network in the remote deskstop, now i i have new problem error 4739 is coming , and googled for the error,info i got was 'some other application was not allowing MQ 5.3 to install, how to find"other application "from taskmanager so that i can killit ,

That's a new one on me. I do not know what other application might prevent MQ from installing. Perhaps some one else has seen this.

I did a little more googling. Looks like something is in cache, maybe.

I would go to Windows Services and put everything I could on "Disabled" start, and reboot. That will prevent anything from loading into cache for those services, I believe.

Of course, the danger is that you will disable something vital to Windows and then you are in a world of hurt.

I have no idea if this will work. It is just what I would do next if I were facing your problem.
