Hi,
I have installed and configured Mq series on windows server . it worked fine initially but after some time my sender channel gets inactive very frequently and each time I need to start it mannually . what are checks do I need to Put to rectify this problem?
anybody pls help.

......and (just for completeness) you could set the disconnect interval to 0 to ensure it nevers goes inactive again unless it is stopped manually.
I mention this just for completeness and not as a recommendation unless you have an application that can't tolerate the extra time for the channel to become active.
We trigger all our SNR channels and allow them to become inactive after a period of inactivity. It works fine for all out applications.
Setting a disconnect interval does have it's drawback and a search of this site will reveal a wealth of disussion about the pro's and cons of dscint and triggered channels. |
