Hi,

I`m trying the MQ6 Silent install on Solaris 10 and its not working:

Here is the synopsis:
1. The last line i see in the /tmp/mq.install is

## Installing part 1 of 1.
[ verifying class <none> ]
[ verifying class <runtime> ]
[ verifying class <server> ]
[ verifying class <keyman> ]
[ verifying class <sol_client> ]
[ verifying class <java> ]
[ verifying class <man> ]
[ verifying class <base> ]
## Executing postinstall script.
Checking kernel configuration...

2. I verifed kernel parameters and the server was rebooted as well

3. I tried the projadd for mqm group as well to set the Semaphore parameters ( This is the 2nd time I tried)

Not sure what is the issue.. Please let me know

Thanks in Advance

Please try again with pkgadd -v, that will trace the scripts that are doing the
kernel parameter checking.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion.

I found out the test server had a bad disk and caused the script to hang.

Tried the silent install on one other server and it worked like a charm
