I have a unix domain having weblogic doamins in 8.1 SP4 and sp6 and I am using MQ 5.3 CSD 12. We have a MQ team who adviced as that MQ 5.3 CSD 12 is not compatible with weblogic 8.1.SP4. MQ 5.3 CSD 12 is compatible with only weblogic 8.1 sp 5 or above.

So we have decided to downgrade mq to a lower csd version. But we're having a doubt whether this will have any impact in compatiblity with sp 8.6.

Is there any one who has expperienced this error before. Or atleast let me know some site url where I can get the interoperability details between weblogic and MQ!

Do you have an actual error, or is it simply the opinion of a team that it won't work?

IMHO I'd upgrade to Weblogic 8.1.5 rather than dowgrade anything...

For compatability info I'd trawl the IBM & BEA websites respectively.
