Make sure you have a least MQClient on the machine
Use something like gunzip to unzip
Use tar -xvf to untar
Read the read me file
Enjoy it's use

To be clear, there isn't an installer, there isn't a preferred or normal directory to put it in, and all that needs to be done in most cases is unpack the distribution and run the appropriate executeable.
