Find out why and rectify it.
Usually it is channel sequence numbers, but it could be anything.
Has the channel ever worked? |

There are umpteen circumstances under which a channel might get into retrying state.
Examples are receiver channel not defined, receiver channel is in stopped state, uncommitted messages in the xmit queue, TCP/IP Connectivity Problem in the target machine etc... |

Also if channel sequence number wrap value of sender and receiver doesn't match, the channel never can never start. |
