Short anwser:

In my opinion:

XMLNS,XMLNSC -> little faster
MRM -> easier for developer (creating, manipulating and validating messages)

MRM parser is used to Validate the Input message with the Already defined message structure in Message defnition file.

XML,XMLNSC parsers wont validate the message.

Anyhow using a MRM domain leads to Overhead because of validation.
Better use XMLNSC parser which will be fast
