Tried on Mainframe a MQGET and got 02110 as reason, may I know where can I get the error details ?

Have you actually looked anywhere for it? It isn't hidden.

Lets think about it for a moment shall we?

An application program call fails. Maybe one of the application programmers manuals could hold the answer? But which one of the two could possibly reference such things?

The documentation button at the top has a link to the APR. Appendix A has the reason codes.

Also a search of this website would have provided you with several hits...including
