can i know the what is the location, in india.
My experience is 3+ yrs in EAI, location is india,hyderabad.
experience in websphere MQ 5.3 Operating systems like windows,linux, sunsolaris, and AIX.
good knowledge in Message broker.
CTC : 5.4 per annum

IBM has a devt centre at Hyd, so that's not an issue, other locations are Bangalore, Noida, Gurgaon, Calcutta.

Are you sure there is no experiance required for this requirements? I heard there was some employee referral program is going on in IBM India. Please explicity elaborate the requirements.

How much experience do you have ? I think 6 months should be more than enough to get it for Message Broker.
If you wanna try, then send ur resume across, and let them reject it.

I think he meant 'green' as in naive and easily deceived or tricked.
Using the word 'little' is also an insult to MQ professionals from India.

Do you mean 6 months in (Message broker 6.0 == total IT experiance)--No way

Actually 6 months MB = 6 months IT should be fine...though I would personally prefer 1yr IT 
IBM is conducting walk-ins...and no one can stop you from walking in....
If your knowledge is good, I don't see why months should matter...and with the scarcity of EAI guys, I think they could reconsider....just don't tell them I told you so
