I want to write a bat script on Windows 2000 for MQ5.3, which we executed will give me a Qmgr Name and the listener names and their port....

Can someone help me with the commands tht will give me the same

the site talk about dspmqlsr which is the code you have written...

can u please give me a hint about how to go about it

i got it but it is not working for me...when i run the application...it crashes with memory error

although the program is supplied 'as is'...
that's not much information I can work with...

did you put it in the MQ bin directory where dspmq resides?
do you have full administrator access to work station (perhaps you got an access violation?)

Yes tried putting it in the bin directory and i have full admin right cause i use other mQ commands.


can you please help me with this...can u give me some hint in the code so i can write mine

without specific errors or messages I can not help you.

all information is stored in the windows registries and you would need something that can query the registry keys.

I combined the output of the dspmq and amqmdain program and the registry information.

It's been a long time since I wrote the program, so I need to look up the code if there is anything other special in there...
