hi,
I have just installed the Websphere MQSeries 5.3, I am trying to verify whether the installation is proper.
To do that, I created a a queue manager using crtmqm queue.manager but i have this message :
WebSphere MQ queue manager created.
WebSphere MQ was unable to display an error message 893
strmqm queue.manager
WebSphere MQ was unable to display an error message 893
Can anyone please suggest the reason for getting this error

Did you reboot after the install?
What operating system is this on? |

it is a distant machine from which come the probléme, I do not know exactly if it were restartion
HP-UX
believe you it is because of restarting that I receive this error!!!!!

893 is Unexpected Error.
You will have to look at the error logs, and you will also, probably find some FDC files. These should help you in determining the error.
