I want to connect from my machine with WMB toolkit at Configuration Manager from a server.

I receive this message from Broker Administration. I think I must define an user in CMP..

BIP0915E Message Brokers Toolkit is unable to communicate with the Configuration Manag[color=blue]er
Reason: Websphere MQ queue manager WBRK6_DEFAULT_QUEUE_MANAGER cannot be reached ...
Details:
User myUser@machine is not authorized to connect to queue manager 'WBRK6_DEFAULT_QUEUE_MANAGER' (MQ reason code 2035 while trying to connect)

I don't think there is a way to create user in ConfigManagerProxy API.

This isn't a broker issue, it's an MQ one - reason code 2035 means that you need to configure the queue manager to accept connections from that user.
